About Frediani’s
Frediani’s is a Cotswolds-based smokehouse bringing together family heritage, prime British beef, and authentic Texan BBQ.Our beef comes from single-origin herds raised locally by farmers we know personally — every cut is traced back to the same cow. Using our Yoder smoker, we cook low and slow with traditional wood smoke to achieve deep flavour and tenderness.
At Frediani’s, we believe in using the whole animal with respect, from premium steaks to slow-cooked BBQ favourites. Everything is prepared by hand, vacuum-packed for freshness, and available for pre-order directly from the farm.

Frediani’s Texan BBQ is our smokehouse range — slow-cooked beef done the Texan way. Each dish is seasoned with house rubs, smoked for hours on our Yoder pit, and vacuum-packed for easy reheating at home or catering events.Together, they form the heart of Frediani’s:

We currently operate on a delivery-only dark kitchen model, ensuring minimal waste and maximum freshness.
